Large Crank Cylinder  installed at the back of the hoop, easy to adjust the height of the system with the crank in the back at 3' from base. Even a child can lower or rise it! Make sure you dont overturn it pass the safety pin. The handle in the back is removable with a quick release pin so no one can play with the adjustment once adjusted at the good height.
